These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Cacicudsft Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (“Cacicudsft”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and apply to all quotations, orders, and sales unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Website

The website and its content are provided for general information and for requesting quotations. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, or attempt to access data without authorisation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote or, if none is specified, for 14 days. Orders are subject to acceptance by us and to availability of materials and capacity. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders where pricing or specification errors occur, or where compliance obligations cannot be met.

Specifications

Customers are responsible for providing accurate drawings, tolerances, and materials requirements. Unless otherwise agreed, industry‑standard tolerances will apply. Where prototypes are produced, you acknowledge that minor deviations may occur due to material behaviour, environmental conditions, or machine variance. We will notify you of material changes that affect performance.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in MYR unless specified otherwise. Taxes, duties, import fees, and shipping costs are additional where applicable. Payment terms are due as indicated on the invoice. We may charge interest on overdue amounts and suspend delivery until outstanding sums are settled.

Delivery and Risk

We will make reasonable efforts to meet quoted lead times. Any dates provided are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipment to your address. Please inspect shipments promptly and notify us within 7 days of any shortages or visible damage.

Quality and Warranty

We warrant that products will substantially conform to the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. Our obligation is, at our option, to repair, replace, or credit non‑conforming items when notified within the warranty period (30 days for consumables; 90 days for machined components) and returned for evaluation. This warranty excludes issues caused by misuse, improper storage, incompatible settings, normal wear, or modifications not approved by us.

Nozzles, Filaments, and Supports — Particulars

• Nozzles: Hardened or coated nozzles withstand abrasive filaments but remain subject to gradual wear; periodic inspection and replacement are recommended.
• Filaments: Keep sealed with desiccant until use. Moisture ingress can cause stringing and inconsistent extrusion; dry according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Soluble Supports: Dissolution rates depend on geometry, agitation, water quality, and temperature. Always test on representative parts before full production.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cacicudsft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, production downtime, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or a sale will not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, trade names, logos, text, images, and other content on the site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Designs or files you provide remain your property; you grant us a limited licence to use them for producing your order.

Compliance and Export

You agree to comply with applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions. Certain materials or components may be subject to restrictions; we may refuse orders that would breach such requirements.

Personal Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site or placing an order, you acknowledge our privacy practices.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, labour disputes, supplier failures, or utility interruptions. Performance will resume as soon as practicable.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material updates will be effective when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
